The Construction Contractors Board recently posted about an open Board position and the City of Portland has two committee positions open for the Facilities Permit Program.
Construction Contractors Board (CCB) will have an Open Board position in the coming months for a residential contractor. This position must be filled by someone with a residential contractor’s license which includes licensing as a “specialty” (or sub) contractor, or they may be licensed as a commercial contractor provided they have an active residential license. The City of Portland has two committee positions open for the Facilities Permit Program. The program is “is designed to serve customers with on-going interior tenant improvements where facility maintenance, upgrade and renovations are frequent. FPP is available to owners of buildings, building management companies and their tenants for work within the facility.” They would like to see PRO representation on this team.
