The proposal identified 165 projects for TSDC funding totaling $589 million in eligible costs. The TSDC rate schedule is based on 50% of the eligible projects costs, $5,141 for SF Residential and $2,504 for MF Residential (maximum defensible rate is $10,282 for SF and $5,008 for MF). This new rate will take effect January 1, 2018. HBA helped negotiate that the rate schedule come in at 50%, and also helped ensure that the proposal maintained its original form. Staff worked with other key stakeholders throughout this process, and is encouraged that no additional amendments were introduced.
