What is an Associate Member?

Associate Members are companies that are in the home building industry, but are not builders or remodelers.  Some examples of associate members are interior designers, printers, realtors, bankers, mortgage brokers, painters, or distributors. Your membership dues amount is based on the number of employees in your company or branch office.

What is a Builder Member?

Builder members would be home builders, remodelers or general contractors. Your membership dues amount is based on you annual sales volume.

What is a Professional Remodeler Member?

Professional Remodelers Organization (PRO) members are a part of a council within the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland. PRO members consist of the area’s top remodelers, subcontractors and suppliers who work together to promote quality and professionalism in the home remodeling industry. PRO membership dues are in addition to a member’s annual HBA dues.

What is an Affiliate Member?

Affiliate members are additional employees in your company that you would like to have actively involved in the HBA. They would receive our email communications, our monthly newsletter, and special member pricing for educational classes. Depending on  your level of membership, you may qualify for free affiliate memberships. Plus, you can add additional affiliate members for only $19 per year!
